MAHRS Business System Analyst

• This remote role supports federal HR operations within the Department of the Navy’s Manpower & Reserve Affairs organization.
• You will analyze business processes, translate operational needs into clear requirements, and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
• The position combines business analysis, HR data, reporting, dashboard development, and SharePoint administration.
• You will create data-driven products that help program managers and leadership monitor performance and make informed decisions.
