Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

The work model for the role is onsite.:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business Area.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• •Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
• •Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• •Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• •Responding to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruption in the production process.

Qualifications for the role

• •Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree
• •Experience within a manufacturing environment (working with Lean principles will be considered as an advantage)
• •Good computer literacy of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• •Skills to work with ERP systems, (SAP) is an advantage
• •Good written and verbal communication in English
• •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential
• •Leadership and project management.
