What You’ll Do

• •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
• •Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• •Maintain accurate repair logs and assist with inventory tracking
• •Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• •Support operational efficiency by minimizing downtime and waste
• •Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs
• •Use basic PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley RS Logix 500)
• •Perform basic welding (Stick, MIG, TIG) and electrical diagnostics (24V–480V)

Requirements

What You Bring

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Degree or certification in a technical trade or maintenance-related field
• •Minimum 3 years of related experience (required)
• •Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• •Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (bending, climbing, crawling)
• •Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment
• •Willingness to work in hot/cold conditions and confined spaces

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use

• •Welders, torches, saws, grinders, drills, rigging equipment
• •Forklifts, man lifts, ladders, scaffolding
• •Automated systems: palletizers, conveyors, fillers, cappers, coders, pumps, gearboxes
