Maintenance Planner - Nutrition Division - Monday to Friday; 7:00am to 2:30pm

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On

• •Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• •Manage and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• •Coordinate labor, materials, spare parts, and external resources to ensure work is ready to execute.
• •Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to align maintenance schedules with business needs.
• •Monitor work order progress, maintenance backlog, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• •Develop job plans, labor estimates, and standardized maintenance procedures for recurring work.
• •Track spare parts inventory and support purchasing activities to maintain equipment readiness.
• •Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and performance reports for plant leadership.
• •Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and equipment manufacturers.

Required Qualifications

• •High School diploma or GED required.
• •Minimum 2 years of experience

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

• •Must possess above average knowledge of the mechanical and electrical components used in the facility’s building/facility equipment.
• •Must possess good time management and organization skills.
• •Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.

The base pay for this position is
