As a Maintenance Supervisor in Modesto, CA, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance personnel, drive preventative maintenance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency. Essential Job Functions

• •Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements.
• •Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, establish work standards, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• •Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for critical manufacturing equipment.
• •Collaborate with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence.
• •Support capital projects through planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder alignment.
• •Champion safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• •Coach and develop maintenance team members while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a technical or related discipline preferred.

• •5 years of extensive experience in industrial maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• •3 years of industrial electrical systems, OSHA requirements, automation technologies, PLC programming, and process controls.
• •Experience implementing preventative maintenance strategies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD documentation.
• •Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• •SQF certification and forklift certification, or ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.

• The expected salary range for this role is 100-103k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location, and other job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors permitted by law.
• This role is also eligible to earn a short‑term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
