Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift.

Shift: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $35.00 an hour

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• •Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
• •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes
• •Repair or replace defective equipment components to restore functionality
• •Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new equipment
• •Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• •Partner with production teams to respond quickly to equipment issues
• •Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• •Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and maintenance processes

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• •Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting practices
• •Experience with preventative maintenance systems and tools
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills
• •Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed

Physical Requirements
