As a Managed Services - Process Re Engineering - Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing and transforming client processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and driving continuous improvement in managed services processes, tools, and services. Your role will be pivotal in streamlining operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining accountability for project success. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will play a key role in managing client service accounts, driving engagement workstreams, and upholding PwC’s quality standards. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and cultivate meaningful client relationships will be essential in delivering value and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities
- - Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- - Guiding delivery teams in optimizing processes and tools for enhanced service performance
- - Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve successful outcomes
- - Utilizing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- - Overseeing continuous process improvement initiatives to drive service excellence
- - Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for process optimization
- - Mentoring team members to develop skills and enhance performance
- - Engaging in stakeholder management to address conflicts and facilitate effective communication
- - Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate delivery risks and enhance service quality
- - Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- - At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- - At least 4 years of experience
- - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- - Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- - At least one of the following: Progress toward professional certifications such as CA, CA (Inter), CPA, CFA (Level I), or equivalent internationally recognized certification
- - Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- - Demonstrating proficiency in business process automation and improvement
- - Utilizing strategic planning and project management skills for client engagements
- - Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- - Embracing digital transformation and innovation in managed services
