MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DEPTARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Duties

• •You will be assisting in the implementation of NAVAIR Configuration Management related policy and procedures.
• •You will provide decentralized management and control of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMEC); Interim Technical Directives (TD), and major/critical Variances.
• •You will carry out specific or collateral tasks and functions identified or assigned as CM related, such as facilitating the review and analyzing retrofit documents.
• •You will serve as a Functional Configuration Audit (FCA) and/or Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) review team member.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
