Job Summary

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, managing transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with warehouses, transporters, suppliers, and customers. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• •Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• •Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• •Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and delivery partners for smooth operations.
• •Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• •Prepare transportation schedules and optimize delivery routes.
• •Ensure proper documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transport records.
• •Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in ERP/WMS systems.
• •Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
• •Monitor freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
• •Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• •Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and branches.
• •Prepare logistics reports, MIS reports, and performance metrics.
