Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributes towards developing the business strategy of the service line/function by developing "team/unit” business plan and cascading to reporting teams. Develops and participates in reviews and improvement of 'team/unit' performance MIS.
  • Undertake necessary preparation for client reviews or support the functional head in preparation for client reviews. Is proactive and systematic to avoid client escalations / issues and promptly resolve and/or appropriately channel any escalations. Leads or assists in developing proposals, requisite services or solutions to increase business from existing clients in conjunction with the account manager
  • Actions and implements various strategic initiatives such as quality improvement/measurement, automation etc. Contributes in ensuring current service offerings are continuously upgraded with innovative solutions that are market oriented and enable the function to continuously climb the value chain
  • Stay abreast of relevant competitor information and share it with the corporate planning team and other teams as applicable
  • Develops and coaches team members.
