• We are looking for a talented individual who shares our values to join our team as Manager, Food Fair Grand Anse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Plan, develop, implement and monitor strategies to ensure maximum sales, profitability and return on investment.
• •Produce acceptable departmental profits each business year
• •Maintain adequate stock of goods without over or under stocking problems whilst maximizing sales.
• •Ensure that the department is appropriately staffed with the correct number of trained and dependable staff.
• •Review performance and Employee Development plans for the department on an annual basis.
• •Ensure adequate custody and security of inventory
• •Responsible for the safe custody of monies collected in the Department
• •Ensure effective maintenance of the Grand Anse Shopping Centre.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• •A diploma or equivalent qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• •A minimum of five (5) years’ sales experience at a supervisory level in Supermarket operations.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• •Excellent leadership & Management skills
• •Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• •Customer oriented with a good working knowledge of supermarket operations
• •Strong analytical, computer and numerical skills.
• •Ability to lead and motivate a team

LICENSES:

A valid driver’s license
