Manager, Coding Solutions

• This role leads healthcare coding operations within a revenue cycle environment focused on quality, efficiency, and strong operational outcomes.
• You will oversee coding workflows, staffing, workload prioritization, and performance while helping reduce backlogs and resolve system or process issues.
• The position combines people leadership with hands-on expertise in medical coding, clinical documentation, and reimbursement.
• You will collaborate with coding and CDI teams, physicians, and other departments to maintain accurate and effective coding practices.
• A key focus will be monitoring coding quality through audits and using operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• You will also contribute to the evolution of products and services while presenting performance insights to senior leadership.
