Manager, Commercial Accounting

• The Manager, Commercial Accounting will oversee critical accounting activities supporting product revenue, gross-to-net reserves, accounts receivable, inventory, and cost of goods sold.
• This role will play an important part in maintaining accurate financial reporting while supporting commercialization initiatives within a life sciences environment.
• You will partner closely with Trade & Distribution, Market Access, CMC, Commercial teams, and third-party providers to ensure reliable accounting processes and data.
• The position combines hands-on accounting leadership with opportunities to improve controls, automate processes, and strengthen reporting across the revenue cycle.
• You will contribute to product launches and new commercial arrangements while ensuring accounting implications are appropriately evaluated and documented.
