Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Product Ownership für die zentralen Commercial Systems der Hotel Division, insbesondere CRM, Loyalty, Direct Distribution, Web-, App- und Customer-Engagement-Plattformen
  • Verantwortung für die technische Weiterentwicklung der Commercial Systemlandschaft in enger Abstimmung mit Commercial, E-Commerce, Marketing, Revenue Management und IT
  • Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in skalierbare technische Lösungen und Roadmaps
  • Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Integration kommerzieller Plattformen und Kernsysteme wie CRS, CRM, Loyalty-, Web- und App-Lösungen sowie angrenzender Systeme
  • Sicherstellung stabiler, leistungsfähiger und zukunftsfähiger Schnittstellen sowie Überwachung der Datenflüsse zwischen den relevanten Plattformen
  • Steuerung von Systemimplementierungen, Releases, Optimierungen und technischen Weiterentwicklungen zur Unterstützung der Commercial Strategy
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs-, Digitalisierungs- und KI-Potenzialen innerhalb der kommerziellen Systemlandschaft
  • Aufbau und Sicherstellung von Standards für Datenqualität, Stammdaten, Integrationen und technische Dokumentation im Commercial-Umfeld
  • Steuerung externer Softwareanbieter, Implementierungspartner und Dienstleister hinsichtlich Leistung, Qualität, Kosten und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Commercial, E-Commerce, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Hospitality Services und IT Operations zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der kommerziellen Plattformlandschaft

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umfeld kommerzieller Hotelsysteme
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von CRS, Channel Management, RMS, Integrationen
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle
  • Hohes Verständnis für Systemarchitektur, Datenflüsse und Prozesse
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Führungsstärke im kleinen Team-Setup
