Manager, Data Recruiting

• This remote leadership role will oversee recruiting across Data Science and Data Engineering, helping build the talent engine behind a rapidly scaling organization.
• You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team of technical recruiters while partnering closely with senior leaders across the Data organization.
• The role combines people leadership, strategic workforce planning, recruiting operations, and data-driven decision-making.
• You’ll shape search strategies, diagnose funnel performance, and introduce scalable solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
