We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work .
About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to run demand generation for our retail sales business. This role owns the programs that create and capture demand — generating high-intent prospects at the top of the funnel, converting them into funded clients, and routing the right ones to our sales and advisory teams for our higher-value segments.
You'll build and run demand programs across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals, with a clear focus on demand quality and downstream client value — not just volume at the top. You'll partner closely with Growth, Sales, Product Marketing, and Commercial Operations, operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy, and be accountable to demand and conversion outcomes.
What you'll do
Own the execution of consumer demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals — with a clear focus on the quality of demand you're creating, measured through to funded accounts.
Build demand programs that feed our sales and advisory teams for high-value client segments. Partner with Sales to define what a qualified prospect looks like, build segment-specific campaigns, and measure what actually converts.
Partner with Sales and Commercial Ops on lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback loops. Sit in on pipeline and performance reviews and use what you hear to sharpen targeting and improve lead quality.
Build and maintain clear reporting across the demand funnel — from first touch through sign-up, funding, and retained client value. Identify patterns, surface insights, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
Actively embed AI tools into demand gen workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
Contribute to the quarterly demand plan alongside the Commercial Growth lead, then own delivery against it.
What you bring
4–6 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand across multiple channels. You've worked in a self-serve motion and understand how to feed a sales team alongside it.
Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic, and you optimize for downstream value, not just cost per acquisition.
Experience generating demand across distinct consumer segments — you know how messaging, channel mix, and creative need to shift between a first-time investor and a high-net-worth prospect.
Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Sales (lead definitions, feedback loops) and Product Marketing (messaging, campaign briefs) and made both relationships an advantage.
A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — generating and testing creative at scale, building research or enrichment workflows, or getting to insights from data faster. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change — not just report on results.
Bonus points
Experience in a consumer sales environment — you've marketed alongside a consumer sales or advisory team, understand how they work a prospect, and know what makes a lead worth their time.
Lifecycle marketing experience — you've built and owned onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and know how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate.
Hands-on with a lifecycle or marketing automation platform — Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar.
Experience in consumer fintech, investing, banking, or insurance.
