  • Lead integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns across content, digital, social media, events, sponsorships, public relations and sales enablement
  • Develop audience-led client journeys that connect awareness, engagement and demand-generation activities with relevant sales follow-up
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales and business teams to deliver coordinated programs and a consistent PwC brand experience
  • Manage campaign planning, budgets, timelines, agency or vendor relationships, risks and dependencies to deliver high-quality work efficiently
  • Use client, market and performance data to define objectives, measure results and continually optimize marketing investments
  • Develop compelling value propositions, messaging and thought-leadership programs that make complex business issues clear and relevant to executive audiences
  • Champion the effective use of marketing technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve personalization, productivity and client experience
  • Provide coaching, direction and constructive feedback to colleagues and project teams, helping build an inclusive, high-performing culture
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging B2B marketing practices, bringing forward ideas that strengthen PwC Canada’s market position

What You’ll Bring

Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here’s what we look for:

  • Progressive experience developing and delivering B2B marketing strategies and integrated campaigns in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, audience segmentation, content marketing, demand generation and sales enablement
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior leaders, influence stakeholders and translate business priorities into focused, actionable marketing plans
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex programs, priorities, budgets and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing and sales data to evaluate brand, engagement, demand and pipeline outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and create compelling executive-level narratives
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM and marketing automation tools; experience using AI-enabled tools responsibly is an asset
  • A collaborative, client-focused leadership style with sound judgement, curiosity, resilience and a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting is just getting started, so we know you have questions about how and why we use it. At certain points during our recruiting process, we rely on AI to improve your experience. This could be during resume review or curating personalized job recommendations, asking you clarifying questions via a chatbot or during our interview scheduling to improve your experience. Our use of AI helps ensure we combat bias by evaluating candidates equally and fairly, without seeing identity information, such as your name, or gender for example). AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review.
