Manager, Employee Communications & Engagement

• This role leads the day-to-day execution of employee engagement, communications, community, and connection programs across a complex organization.
• You will help strengthen employee participation through network programs, storytelling, recognition, events, and community initiatives.
• The position combines communications expertise with hands-on program and project management across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• You will develop clear, engaging content for enterprise audiences while ensuring alignment with messaging, brand, accessibility, and business priorities.
• The role works closely with senior leaders, HR, communications, employee network leads, and business partners in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
• You will also monitor participation and communication performance, using insights and feedback to improve program delivery.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for a U.S. citizen, with occasional travel to the Virginia area for on-site collaboration.
