[What you will be working on]

• •Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means
• •Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
• •Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
• •Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund
• •Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
• •Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders

• •Background in accounting, business or economics
• •Good numerical and computer literacy
