YOUR MISSION

• •Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
• •Put plans or ideas into action , e.g. processes or policies , process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
• •S upporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues , including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
• •Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners , Sales subs and LSPs
• •Provide functional guidance and direction to others , including onboarding of (new) team members and others
• •Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
• •Review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
• •Monthly KPI review with LSPs / Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance
• •Cost analysis. S upport team’s growth of logistics expertise , technical skills and soft skills

YOUR TALENT

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or related field
• •5 years' experience, including at least 2 years’ experience in a Managerial position
• •Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry
• •Proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets
• •Strong and convincing communication skills; Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• •Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI)
