Job Description​

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to hospital and operational leaders. This role leads an HR Business team and translates business priorities, workforce data, and HR best practices into practical people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, retention, performance management, and organizational change
  • Lead, develop, and manage the HR Business team
  • Analyze people metrics and trends to guide decisions and improve workforce stability
  • Coach leaders, support succession planning, and help resolve complex employee and organizational matters
  • Partner with HR Centers of Practice to implement programs, services, and strategic initiatives
  • Support regulatory readiness and ensure compliance with HR policies and requirement

6-9 years

Bachelor's Degree
