This role serves as a central driver of legal operations, strategic initiatives, and complex transactional projects within a fast-paced legal environment. You will coordinate high-impact matters such as M&A transactions, financings, due diligence processes, and contract management activities. The position combines project management, legal document organization, stakeholder coordination, and operational process improvement.
