Manager, Proposals

• This role leads the end-to-end proposal development process for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from municipal and government agency clients.
• You will combine strong writing and editing expertise with disciplined project management to deliver accurate, persuasive, and timely proposals.
• The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, subject matter experts, and corporate leadership.
• You will translate complex technical and program information into clear content tailored to different audiences, markets, and program implementations.
• A key part of the role is ensuring every submission meets quality, brand, compliance, and professional standards before delivery.
• You will also contribute to proposal strategy, competitive win/loss analysis, training, and continuous improvements to the proposal process.
