  • Projekte Sicherstellung von Compliance-, Datenschutz- und
  • Governance-Anforderungen im Recruiting-Umfeld Ihr Profil Erfolgreich
  • abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik,
  • Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung in der
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Recruiting-Prozessen und
  • Recruiting-Systemen Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Recruiting oder vergleichbaren ATS-/HR-Systemen Erfahrung in
  • internationalen Projekt- & Rollout-Projekten Analytische und
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise Verständnis für HR-Tech, Digitalisierung
  • und moderne Recruiting-Prozesse Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutz,
  • Compliance und Governance Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- &
  • Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern Das erwartet Sie ✅
