Manager, Retail Inventory Operations

• This role leads retail inventory operations across a large U.S. store network, with a strong focus on product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• You will own the strategy and continuous improvement of in-store inventory processes, from receiving and returns to transfers and outbound shipments.
• The position also serves as the business owner for the in-store technology roadmap, including point-of-sale systems and store hardware.
• You will partner closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Digital, Loss Prevention, and Training teams to deliver measurable improvements.
• A key focus will be reducing inventory shrink while enabling store teams to work with intuitive processes and reliable technology.
• You will lead a small team while influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
