  • You will work on high profile, impactful programmes, helping clients define, design and deliver Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities that improve speed to market, product quality, regulatory compliance and cost performance.
  • Our consultants bring strong PLM business consulting skills (process, data, governance, operating model and change) alongside a clear perspective on how digital continuity across engineering, manufacturing and service unlocks measurable value.
  • We work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels to shape the PLM vision, target operating model and roadmap, and to translate business outcomes into requirements for people, process and technology.
  • You will help clients improve core lifecycle processes such as requirements and configuration management, product data management, BOM and variant management, change control (ECR/ECO), product costing and product compliance.
  • You will support selection, implementation and adoption of leading PLM and adjacent platforms, working with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure designs meet business needs and are fit for scale.
  • You will be familiar with the use of Agentic AI for digital continuity.
  • We move from ‘idea to action’ quickly, building stakeholder alignment and confidence through pragmatic delivery, value tracking and strong change management to sustain outcomes.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals with the knowledge and creativity to deliver truly inventive solutions to our clients.

Depending on the stage you are at in your career, we’re looking for appropriate levels of knowledge and/or experience in PLM and digital continuity, including one or more of the following areas:

  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment and/or delivering internal business improvement initiatives, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle processes and how PLM enables digital continuity across engineering, manufacturing, quality and service.
  • Experience defining target operating models, governance, roles and responsibilities for PLM (e.g., data ownership, design authority, change control and configuration governance)
  • Practical experience improving core PLM business capabilities such as requirements and configuration management, EBOM/MBOM alignment, variant management, ECR/ECO, and product compliance.
  • Strong data and information management skills (product structures, classification, metadata, master data, data quality) and familiarity with integration patterns (PLM–ERP–MES–ALM).
  • Experience supporting PLM selection, implementation and adoption, including requirements definition, fit-gap, vendor evaluation, UAT support and benefits/value tracking.
  • Working knowledge of one or more PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA, SAP PLM, Aras Innovator, or Autodesk Fusion Manage.
