Your role

As a Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you will help clients transform and optimize their Supply Chain operations by designing and delivering business and technology transformation initiatives. Working closely with client stakeholders across multiple industries, you will identify improvement opportunities, define transformation roadmaps, and support organizations in achieving their strategic objectives.

This is a highly client-facing role, combining consulting, transformation, and project leadership responsibilities. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead transformation workstreams, and leverage your supply chain expertise to design solutions that drive measurable business value.

Your tasks

  • Lead and support Supply Chain transformation projects for external clients across various industries.
  • Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, ensuring the successful delivery of transformation initiatives and high-quality project outcomes.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and define transformation priorities.
  • Analyze client data, processes, and operating models to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Design future-state processes, operating models, and transformation approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Provide functional and digital transformation expertise across Supply Chain, and related business functions.
  • Facilitate client workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Present recommendations and transformation roadmaps to client stakeholders, building consensus and securing buy-in.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation programs and support successful implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation journey.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to solution design, proposals, and future transformation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of transformation methodologies, capabilities, and offerings within the practice.

Your profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain transformation, consulting, or business transformation environments, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and managing client stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes, operating models, and business transformation principles.

Experience working with senior stakeholders in international and multi-stakeholder environments.

Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into practical, value-driven solutions.

Strong consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience managing project workstreams and delivering project outcomes.

Exposure to digital technologies and transformation solutions supporting Supply Chain organizations.

Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in dynamic project environments.

Willingness to travel (up to 35%).
