Job Description

Responsibilities

Implement access strategy (Key markets-prov./City-level）

• •Develop and implement regional implementation plan
• •Regional policy analysis and advocacy
• •Establish successful access models, including work mechanisms and SOPs/Playbook

Develop KDM coverage plans

• •Regional KDM mapping in key markets (Prov./City-level)
• •Conduct KDM visits and collect insights
• •Transmit key information to regional KDMs

Manage key projects on external platforms.

Execute regional projects effectively.

Qualifications

Required

• •Field access experience, including but not limited to GAMA, innovative market access, or KA, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• •Strong major client management skills and excellent customer communication abilities.
• •Ability to coordinate and cooperate across teams.
• •Proficient in analysis and summarization, with strong presentation skills.
• •Innovative thinker with a self-driven and growth mindset.

Preferred

• •Experience in the vaccine field.
• •RM/RPM experience, including strategy and campaign implementation.
• •New product or indication launch experience.
