Job Description

• •Ensure the ILN warehouse process as per the Renault standard.
• •Ensure warehouse 5S, safety and layouts in Chennai, Pune and Delhi.
• •Ensure aligned with Logistics quality for the warehouse operations quality control plan and monitoring plan in ILN warehouse.
• •Manage the 3PL Trainings and process Audits and ILU Validations.
• •RFQ documentations and technical validations.
• •QRQC actions and implementations at ILN Warehouse.
• •Conduct daily morning meeting with all the stakeholders for the day / weekly planning and execution.
• •Kaizen / continues Improvement on process to meet productivity KPI’s.
• •Evaluate productivity KPIs (M3/HC and M3/M2) on every month.
• •Monitoring the Inventory and aging of materials in warehouse.
• •Daily, weekly and Monthly status report to the management.
• •Manage the Non-conformities with Cause analyses and action plan.
• •Validate the physical packages vs Packaging standards for the NPD parts.
