Job Title: Operator II, Manufacturing (Portsmouth)

Who You Are:

You are an early-career manufacturing operator who takes pride in producing quality work, following standard processes, and working safely as part of a team. You are building confidence in machine operation, learning core manufacturing principles, and are motivated to grow your skills within your department.

Position Overview:

Operator II is an entry-level manufacturing role responsible for operating assigned equipment and processes while following established work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role focuses on developing technical proficiency , consistency, and strong Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) discipline under supervision and through training.

What You Will Do:

Operate machinery and equipment following standard work instructions

Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks of finished goods

Complete production work orders and documentation accurately

Perform basic equipment set-up, changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance

Follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements always

Participate in 5S, PPI, and other continuous improvement activities

Quali fications and Skills:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to operate equipment with routine supervision

Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards

Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

0-1 yea r of manufacturing or production experience preferred

4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1st and 2nd shift available)
