- Reporting of the role:
- This role reports to the Manufacturing PM Leader and Factory Head
- Responsibilities of the role:
- 1. Cross departments / plants communication & coordination
- 2. Manufacturing project management in each phase (EVT / DVT, PVT to MP)
- 3. Customer audit / visit activities planning and hosting, introducing factory and showing muscles to customer
- 4. Communicating with key account customers and colleagues from each department / plant
- 5. Optimizing MVA and lead the manufacturing cost reduction program
- Qualifications:
- 1. Able to communicate fluently with customer in English
- 2. Strong enthusiasm to invest yourself to learn more manufacturing knowledge from Foundation to Expertise.
- 3. Self-motivated, result oriented and leadership skills
- 4. Ability to communicate effectively
- 5. Factory experience and willing to develop your career in manufacturing & operation is preferred
