Introduction to the job

In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.

Role and responsibilities

Work plans & bills of materials: Create and maintain work plans, bills of materials, and manufacturing-related master data in SAP.

Master data management: Maintain and optimize material, warehouse, workplace, production master data, and inspection plans.

Production documentation & material readiness: Ensure the availability of all required production documentation and materials to support manufacturing operations.

Inventory & material management: Monitor inventory levels, optimize storage areas, and initiate escalations when required.

Cost monitoring & reporting: Support manufacturing cost calculations and provide relevant data for decision-making and production planning.

Continuous improvement & projects: Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational, manufacturing, and SAP-related projects.

Procurement & production support: Support material procurement, first article tracking, inventory activities, and production-related tasks.

Education and experience

You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field, or have an equivalent qualification combined with relevant professional experience.

You bring several years of experience in manufacturing preparation or manufacturing organization.

You have solid SAP knowledge, particularly in the PP and MM modules.

You are confident using MS Office applications, especially Excel.

You have experience working with production master data, manufacturing processes, and material flows.

You are fluent in German and have good English communication skills.

Dein Arbeitsumfeld

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitendenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.

Deine Aufgaben

Arbeitspläne & Stücklisten: Du erstellst und pflegst Arbeitspläne, Stücklisten und Fertigungshilfsmittel in SAP und stellst sicher, dass alle produktionsrelevanten Daten aktuell und vollständig sind.

Stammdatenmanagement: Du pflegst und optimierst Material-, Lager-, Arbeitsplatz- und Fertigungsstammdaten sowie Prüfpläne in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen.

Produktionsunterlagen & Materialverfügbarkeit: Du stellst sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Produktionsunterlagen und Materialien termingerecht zur Verfügung stehen.

Lager- & Materialmanagement: Du überwachst Materialbestände, optimierst Lagerflächen und leitest bei Bedarf geeignete Eskalationen ein.

Kosten- & Datenanalyse: Du unterstützt bei der Ermittlung und Überwachung von Herstellkosten und stellst relevante Daten für wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen bereit.

Prozessverbesserungen & Projekte: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und wirkst an Optimierungs- und SAP-Projekten mit.

Beschaffung & Produktionssupport: Du unterstützt bei der Materialbeschaffung, Erstauftragsverfolgung, Inventuren und weiteren produktionsnahen Aktivitäten.

Deine Qualifikationen

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.

Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Fertigungsorganisation mit.

Du verfügst über gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Modulen PP und MM.

Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel.

Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Stammdaten, Produktionsprozessen und Materialflüssen.

Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Deine Kompetenzen

Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.

Du gehst Themen proaktiv an und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit.

Du kommunizierst klar und arbeitest erfolgreich mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen zusammen.

Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte vereinfacht in die digitale Landschaft zu übertragen.
