Duties & Responsibilities:

• Job Summary:
• Performs various functions to support the manufacturing of pigment in accordance with quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• •Follow directions, policies, written job instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
• •Manufacturing products according to specifications and work orders
• •Monitor product quality against established parameters
• •Conduct inspections on raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods
• •Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• •Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets
• •Document relevant information accurately and efficiently
• •Utilize computer systems for data entry and communication purposes
• •Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• •Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly when needed

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Qualifications :

• •High School Diploma OR GED Required
• •Shift Flexible
• •Able to read/write/speak and comprehend English with fluency
• •Must be able to pass Physical Assessment
• •Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
• •Must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
