What You'll Responsible For:

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead projects from initial idea and scoping through implementation, stabilization and BAU handover .
• •Define project objectives, scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables and success measures.
• •Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• •Facilitate business requirements gathering and support process and solution design with operational teams, IT and vendors.
• •Document and improve current and future-state business processes.
• •Coordinate stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and next steps .
• •Manage project changes and assess their impact on scope, timelines, processes, users and operations.
• •Coordinate testing, UAT, training, communications and go-live readiness .
• •Oversee post-go-live hyper-care and ensure a structured transition into BAU support.
• •Maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reporting and governance records.
• •Capture lessons learned and identified opportunities for continuous improvement, digitalization and automation .
• •Support wider initiatives across Marine Personnel, including digital systems, compliance, assurance, welfare and process improvement.

What you’ll be accountable for

• •Delivering projects successfully from initial scoping through go-live and BAU handover .
• •Ensuring solutions are implemented, stabilised and accepted by the business.
• •Managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and stakeholder expectations.
• •Keeping sponsors and stakeholders informed with clear and accurate project updates.
• •Ensuring operational readiness, documentation, training and support arrangements are in place.
• •Driving collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement throughout delivery.

What we’re looking for

• •Project management and stakeholder management experience.
• •Understanding of change management, testing, implementation and operational readiness.
• •Ability to turn business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans .
• •Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• •Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.
• •Able to work effectively across business teams, IT and external vendors.
• •Good written and spoken English.
• •Flexibility to travel occasionally when required.

Location

The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
