Este é o ponto de entrada em um dos motores comerciais mais dinâmicos do travel tech na América Latina. É um papel de IC com ownership real sobre uma carteira de hotéis, dentro de uma das verticais que mais crescem na Decolar.

O papel tem uma régua clara: ser trusted advisor dos hotéis da sua carteira. Isso significa que o parceiro te procura antes de tomar uma decisão comercial, confia na sua leitura de mercado e te enxerga como parte da estratégia de crescimento do próprio negócio. Não é um vendedor que aparece pra renegociar tarifa. É alguém que conhece o hotel, conhece o destino e conhece a Decolar bem o suficiente para conectar os três.

Você vai ler dado, visitar parceiro, negociar, fechar campanha, entender por que uma conta está subindo e outra caindo, e levar isso pro time pensar junto.
