About the Company
Dirac is building the creative suite for manufacturing engineering. Manufacturing engineering has been underserved by fractured tooling. The work of defining how a product gets built is spread across process plans, MBOMs, routings, work instructions, spreadsheets, PLM configurations, ERP tables, and internal tools. Each artifact represents only part of the process, forcing engineers to rebuild context whenever a design changes.
BuildOS brings these workflows together in one environment. Manufacturing engineers author, version, review, and distribute the Build—the canonical definition of how a product is produced.
How You Will Contribute
You’ll own and run our marketing and growth engine—ads, content, SEO, sponsorships, and more.
You’ll take over work we’ve previously split between agencies and team members, bringing it fully in-house so you can execute end-to-end and move fast.
You’ll measure, improve, and iterate, driving leads, awareness, and ROI across our core channels.
What You’ll Do
- - Own the Growth Strategy – Define and execute our marketing plan in partnership with leadership. You’ll manage the budget, set priorities, and be accountable for results.
- - Run Paid Campaigns – Personally manage our Ad spend across all digital channels. Test, refine, and optimize for CAC and ROI.
- - Drive Content Creation – Write long-form and short-form content—case studies, blog posts, thought leadership, and social posts—on behalf of executives, product, and sales teams.
- - Manage Web Presence – Own updates to our site, publish new content, manage sitemaps, and ensure SEO best practices are in place.
- - Lead SEO & Optimization – Conduct keyword research, track rankings, and make hands-on improvements to drive organic traffic.
- - Measure & Report – Track lead volume, CAC, ad performance, content output, and brand reach. Share clear reports and insights with the team.
- - Experiment & Iterate – Test new channels, content formats, and growth tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.
What You Bring
- - Strong writing skills—you can create clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences.
- - Comfort with paid advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads and Reddit Ads.
- - High agency and execution—you move fast, stay organized, and take full ownership from idea to result.
- - Curiosity and adaptability—you’re willing to learn new tools and approaches to get better results.
- - Basic technical comfort—able to work in Webflow, manage SEO tools, and set up analytics tracking.
- - Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial tech.
- - Strong love for your country—a conviction around the importance of restoring American superiority in manufacturing and a strong belief the the virtues of a world that follows the example we set here in these United States.
Nice To Have
- - Experience with Webflow, HubSpot, data enhancement, and other related marketing tools.
- - Knowledge of SEO best practices, from keyword research to on-page optimization.
- - Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- - Design experience: Figma, Canva, etc.
- - Exposure to B2B SaaS or technical marketing.
- - Technical competence as evidenced by the ability to write basic Python scripts, or others collect, prepare and parse data.
