Working closely with Marketing Managers and a broad range of stakeholders, you'll support the end-to-end execution of marketing activity - from campaign planning and creative development through to delivery, optimisation and performance reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing or communications professional looking to broaden their experience and grow their career with one of Australia's leading entertainment and hospitality destinations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate customer insights into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, customer offers and communication plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across CRM, EDM, SMS, digital, social and owned channels.
  • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring engaging and on-brand communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver successful marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyse customer and campaign data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive stronger outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of promotional activations, events and key business initiatives as required.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally experience in a marketing, brand, communications or related role.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, social media and customer communications.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative approach, proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality work.
