Description

Arulean Air LLC is seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to own and execute the company's entire marketing function — from brand building and digital marketing to event execution and lead generation. As the sole marketing professional in the organization, this role requires a hands-on, full-stack marketer who can develop strategy and execute tactically with equal strength. The Marketing Manager will build awareness and credibility for Arulean Air's joint fractional aviation ownership program among affluent individuals and corporate clients across the West Coast, working in close alignment with the sales team to deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Brand Strategy & Management
  • Develop and maintain Arulean Air's brand identity around the pillars of sophistication, safety, and convenience
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints — digital, print, events, and sales collateral
  • Create and manage brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets
  • Position Arulean Air as a premium, trusted choice in the private aviation market
  • Manage external agency and vendor relationships as needed (design, PR, media buying)

2. Digital Marketing & Content

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), and email marketing
  • Develop compelling content (website copy, blog posts, video, photography) that communicates the HondaJet and Arulean Air value proposition to affluent audiences
  • Manage the company website, ensuring it reflects the premium brand experience and drives lead capture
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and prospect engagement
  • Monitor digital analytics (Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI

3. Event Marketing & Experiential

  • Plan and execute high-touch events targeting affluent prospects — private showcases, hangar events, air shows (e.g., NBAA), and VIP experiences
  • Collaborate with VP Sales in each territory to design localized events tailored to LA, Bay Area, and Desert Southwest market characteristics
  • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and post-event follow-up processes
  • Leverage events as a primary lead generation channel, ensuring seamless handoff of attendee leads to Inside Sales

4. Lead Generation & Sales Alignment

  • Own the marketing-sourced lead pipeline and deliver qualified leads to Inside Sales on a consistent basis
  • Align campaign planning with sales priorities, territory needs, and seasonal opportunities
  • Provide Inside Sales with lead nurturing email templates, outreach scripts, and campaign-specific talking points
  • Conduct monthly reviews of lead quality, volume, and conversion metrics with the CSO as direct manager, with the Head of Sales attending
  • Actively incorporate sales team feedback into campaign design and messaging refinement

5. Market Intelligence & Localization

  • Monitor the competitive landscape in private aviation, including competitor positioning, campaigns, and market trends
  • Develop territory-specific marketing initiatives that reflect the unique characteristics of each market (LA entertainment/real estate, Bay Area tech/venture, Desert Southwest leisure/resort)
  • Track industry events, publications, and partnership opportunities within affluent-touchpoint industries (real estate, finance, entertainment, hospitality)

6. Compliance & Disclosure Management

  • Ensure all external communications use only CEO-approved information
  • Strictly enforce disclosure restrictions — no undisclosed program details in any external-facing materials prior to the approved public announcement date
  • Obtain CSO approval for all major campaigns, press materials, and external messaging, escalating to the CEO for final approval before publication
  • Maintain an audit trail of approved external communications
  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury, premium, or high-net-worth client-facing industry (private aviation or fractional ownership programs, luxury travel, real estate, financial services, or premium automotive preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience executing full-funnel marketing — from brand awareness through lead generation to sales enablement
  • Proven track record managing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, email) with measurable ROI
  • Experience planning and executing high-touch events for affluent audiences
  • Experience working as a sole marketer or in a small team where hands-on execution is required

Skills & Competencies

  • Brand & Creative: Strong visual and editorial sensibility; ability to develop and maintain a cohesive premium brand across all channels
  • Digital Marketing: Deep proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media advertising (LinkedIn, Instagram), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Analytics: Fluency in Google Analytics, ad platform reporting, and data-driven campaign optimization; ability to report ROI and CPL with clarity
  • Event Management: End-to-end event planning and execution skills, including vendor coordination, budgeting, and post-event lead capture
  • Content Creation: Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy for web, email, social, and print; basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, strategy, and executive leadership
  • Discretion & Judgment: Ability to handle confidential information with care and apply disclosure guidelines consistently
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, events, and deadlines simultaneously as a solo contributor

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
