Marketing Strategist

• MOST 2414 is a Bangkok-based marketing agency chosen by international and domestic brands as partner able to deliver results across content marketing, media planning, e-commerce operations, and influencer marketing.
• Our company operates two business units as well: SILKEN Asia, an e-commerce enabler, and Kolbase, our influencer marketing hub. The combination of our 3 units is often the right answer that brands seek as one partner.

We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to turn client goals into clear, practical marketing plans, and to see those plans through with our content creators, performance marketing specialists and designer. You’ll be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning the plan from brief to results.

What you’ll do

Build marketing plans for clients: objectives, audience insights, channel and media mix, content strategy, budget split, timeline and KPIs.

Create media plans across social, paid media and marketplaces, and work with performance specialists to optimize them.

Set content direction: content pillars, monthly calendars and clear creative briefs for content creators and the designer.

Coordinate day-to-day execution across content, performance and design so campaigns launch on time and on brief.

Present plans, recommendations and performance reports to clients in Thai and English.

Track results, find what is and isn’t working, and propose next steps without waiting to be asked.

What you’ll bring (must-have)

2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital, media or creative agency.

A portfolio showing marketing plans or campaigns you built or co-led, with your role clearly stated.

Strong grounding in content marketing, media planning and marketing strategy.

Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams (content, performance, design) on client work.

Fluent Thai and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Eligible to work in Thailand without the company sponsoring a visa or work permit.

Nice to have

E-commerce or online sales experience, especially on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or LINE Shopping (campaigns, mega-sale days, marketplace ads).

Hands-on familiarity with Meta, TikTok and Google Ads dashboards and basic marketing analytics.

Experience with influencer/KOL or live-commerce campaigns.
