MARKTLEITUNG (m/w/d) für unsere Filiale in Bad Füssing

Ihre Aufgaben 

  • Führung und Personalmanagement: Führen und motivieren Sie unser Team, um ein positives und produktives Arbeitsklima zu schaffen. Verantwortlich für die Personalplanung, -entwicklung und -führung.
  • Kundenorientierung: Sicherstellen, dass unsere Kunden zufrieden sind und dass ihre Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Kundenbindungsprogrammen und -aktionen.
  • Sortiments- und Preisgestaltung: Verantwortlich für die Auswahl und Gestaltung des Sortiments sowie die Preisgestaltung, um den Kundenbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu erhalten.

Sie bieten

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handel und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • ausgeprägtes, kundenorientiertes Denken
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Führungskompetenz
