Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches mittelständisches Industrieunternehmen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) .

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung der Produktionsanlagen für den Fertigungsprozess
  • Auf- und Abbau sowie Einrichtung von Werkzeugen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Erkennen, Analysieren und Beheben von Produktionsfehlern
  • Versorgung der Anlagen mit Rohstoffen und Hilfsstoffen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sowie der Produktionsvorgaben

## Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung ist von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
