Wir suchen für unseren Kunden in Lauf an der Pegnitz, ein renommiertes Unternehmen der produzierenden Industrie, einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) ab sofort, in Vollzeit, langfristig und mit der Option auf Übernahme neue MitarbeiterInnen.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Einrichtung, Rüstung und Bedienung vollautomatisierter Produktionsanlagen im Fertigungsbereich
  • Selbstständige Behebung von Produktionsfehlern sowie prozessbedingten Störungen
  • Kontinuierliche Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität
  • Ausführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs sowie der geforderten Produktionsleistung
  • Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse und Arbeitsschritte in Fertigungsunterlagen sowie im digitalen System
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für Produktions- und Prozessabläufe
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse zur Dokumentation der Fertigungsprozesse
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
