Schwerpunkt hierbei die Herstellung von stanz-biegetechnischen Bauteilen unter Berücksichtigung angrenzender Gebiete wie Galvano-, Montage- und Kunststoffumspritztechnik.
  • Unsere hierzu eingesetzten Fertigungstechnologien: Laserschneiden, Prägen & Biegen, Laserschweißen, Montage

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir

  • Produktionshelfer (m/w/d)
  • mit feinmechanischen Kenntnissen

in Vollzeit, 40 Std/Woche oder Teilzeit ca. 20 Std/Woche vormittags

Aufgaben und Arbeitsinhalte:

  • Sicherer Umgang mit CNC-Maschinen und Steuerung Siemens 840 D
  • Programme einlesen
  • Prozessfreigabe und deren Dokumentation im Betriebsauftrag
  • fertigungsbegleitende Prüfungen und deren Dokumentation, Qualitätskontrolle
  • Umfeld:
  • Gründliche Einarbeitung in spezifische Maschinenbedienung sowie interne Prozesse,
  • Individuelle Einarbeitung in Mess- und Prüftechnik (Keyence IM 6125, … ),
  • abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit,
  • helles Arbeitsumfeld, freundliche Räume,
