  • Produktentwicklung: Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Exterieur-Außenanbauteilen (Schwellerverkleidungen, Unterbodenverkleidungen, Schall- und Wärmeisolierungen, Blenden usw.)
  • Projektleitung: Operative Leitung von Projekten auf Junior-Level, inklusive der Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität und Projektzielen
  • Kundenabstimmung: Technische Abstimmung und regelmäßiger Direkttakt mit Kunden, OEMs und Systemlieferanten
  • Schnittstellenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen (z. B. Prototypenbau, Versuch) und externen Partnern
  • Profile
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene HTL (Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Fahrzeugtechnik) oder ein entsprechendes Studium (FH/Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion und Entwicklung im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Erste nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Führung oder Koordination von Teilprojekten (Junior-Projektleitung) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Kunststoffteilen, Verkleidungen oder Isolationskomponenten ist von klarem Vorteil
  • Fundierte und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in Catia V5 (Flächenkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Produktdatenmanagement-Systemen der Automobilindustrie von Vorteil
  • Technologisches Verständnis für relevante Herstellungsverfahren (z. B. Spritzguss, Thermoformen, Pressen von Isolationsmaterialien)
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Sicheres, professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, in dynamischen Projektphasen den Überblick zu behalten
