Maschinenbediener (m/w/d)

  • Ausführen von manuellen und maschinellen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Einfaches Einstellen von Maschinen oder Vorrichtungen nach Anweisung bzw. Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fehlern bzw. Melden von Abweichungen
  • Einhalten des Qualitätsstandards
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen- und Anlagen
  • Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer oder Industriemechaniker
  • Alternativ Erfahrung in der Metallverarbeitung und technisches Verständnis
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Wechselschicht
  • Gute Einarbeitung und wertschätzender Umgang
  • Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen
  • leistungsgerechte Entlohnung nach Equal Pay (IG Metall NRW)
