The work model for the role is: Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA
Your role and responsibilities:
- Move, deliver, and stock materials/components to support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes.
- Pull, stack, store, and organize products and materials in designated storage and point-of-use locations.
- Operate material handling equipment while following safety procedures for traffic, loading, battery charging, and truck maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.
Qualifications for the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.
- Adaptability and organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Technical and operational proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
