• The Material Coordinator responsibilities include buying/planning of stock inventories. Buying responsibilities include sourcing, creating purchase orders, follow-up and confirmation, and expediting deliveries. Planning responsibilities include MRP evaluation, creating purchase requisitions, and troubleshooting planning parameters to provide an optimal situation for managing stock inventories.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Service existing accounts.
• •Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
• •Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
• •Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
• •Cultivate and grow customer base.
• •Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• •High School diploma and/or equivalent.
• •Extensive mill tool knowledge REQUIRED
• •Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a Plus
• •Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
• •Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
• •Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
• •Excellent Customer Service skills
• •Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
• •Work closely with other departments or business units.
• •Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
• •Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
