Your Job :

As the Materials Development Manager, Footwear Innovation, Asia, you will drive the development of advanced materials that address future footwear and apparel needs. You will be responsible for applying your expertise in fiber, yarn, fabric, and manufacturing technologies to deliver innovative material solutions that enhance product performance and sustainability.

Your role sits at the intersection of materials science, textile engineering, and manufacturing, where you will lead complex development initiatives and contribute to innovation efforts that build on existing capabilities while exploring new opportunities.

You will drive material development workstreams that begin with fiber and yarn concepts, extend through fabric construction and processing, and support final applications such as color, decoration, and integrated upper and apparel systems.
