Als Matrix42 Consultant (m/w/d) sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, um optimale IT-Lösungen auf Basis der Matrix42 ITSM Plattform umzusetzen. Sie helfen Unternehmen, ihre digitalen Prozesse zu optimieren und zu automatisieren.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Beratung: Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen und Beratung unserer Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung der Matrix42-Lösungen
  • Entwicklung: maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für die spezifischen Herausforderungen der Kunden
  • Support und Optimierung: Unterstützung bei der laufenden Betreuung unserer Kunden und Identifikation von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, um Effizienz und Leistung zu steigern
  • Automatisierung: Automatisieren von internen und externen IT-Systemlandschaften und Prozessen

Ihre Voraussetzungen

  • Erfahrung im Consulting und in der Implementierung von IT-Lösungen, idealerweise im Bereich Enterprise Service Management, IT Asset Management oder IT Service Management
  • Kenntnisse mit SQL, JavaScript und Powershell
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit ITIL
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke in der deutschen Sprache
  • Analytische, selbstständig und strukturierte Arbeits­weise
