MECCA Northland - Colour Specialists

We're looking for two Colour Specialists to join our MECCA Northland store in VIC on a part-time basis at 11.5 hours and 15 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• •Conducting makeup application services for customers from full glam to natural looks
• •Be the go-to expert in-store for all things makeup; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing!
• •Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role :

• •Proven experience in professional makeup applications and the ability to conduct back-to-back appointments keeping to strict timings across peak trade hours
• •Confident in delivering top trending looks; winged and graphic liners, natural glowy skin, smokey eyes, and fierce red lips
• •Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that help them to feel amazing in their own skin
• •Ability to coach and upskill your peers and demonstrate your make-up expertise to build the make-up category
• •An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
